PATIENT ACCESS × MEDICAL INNOVATION
Shingihou first creates patient touchpoints through Medical Supporter and multilingual web content. LINE then carries inquiries into guidance, intake, and booking; MS Platform is introduced when clinic operations need to handle the flow. We connect acquisition to operations in practical stages.

ABOUT SHINGIHOU
What is Shingihou Co., Ltd.?
Shingihou Co., Ltd. is a Fukuoka-based company that designs patient acquisition pathways, patient journeys, and clinic operations in stages. It creates patient touchpoints through services such as Medical Supporter, carries inquiries and booking into LINE, and connects the flow to MS Platform when needed. Shingihou does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe; medical judgment remains with physicians and medical institutions.
PATIENT JOURNEY
From patient acquisition to clinic operations, built in the right order.
The first need is not an AI tool. It is a patient touchpoint and a clear place to receive inquiries. Once that works, LINE can connect booking and intake, and MS Platform can be introduced as patient volume and operational complexity require.
- 01
Medical Supporter & Acquisition Pathways
First, create patient touchpoints
Through Medical Supporter and multilingual web content, we create inquiry touchpoints between international patients, families, referrers, and medical institutions.
- Information for international patients and referrers
- A multilingual inquiry entry point
- A path to contact the medical institution
- 02
Receive Inquiries & Booking in LINE
Next, connect inquiries to booking
Guide interested patients into LINE, then connect Rich Menu to inquiries, booking, intake, MyPage, and online-consultation guidance.
- Friend-add flows and Rich Menu
- Inquiries, booking, intake, and MyPage
- Staff confirmation and handoff
- 03
Organize Handling in MS Platform
When needed, organize clinic operations
When inquiries and bookings make reception, calls, records, and notifications more complex, we organize the resulting patient work as one internal operating flow.
- Booking, intake, and patient handling
- AI phone and reception records
- Notifications, CRM, and staff handoff
We do not guarantee patient volume, bookings, visits, or clinical outcomes. Scope, data handling, and responsibilities are confirmed with each institution.
01 / PATIENT ACCESS
The first entry point: connecting international patients with care in Japan.
Medical Supporter gives international patients, families, and referrers a multilingual inquiry entry point and connects that inquiry with medical institutions and scheduling coordination. It is one way for institutions to create new patient touchpoints, but does not guarantee visits or engagements and does not make diagnoses or treatment decisions.

- 01Information touchpoint
- 02Multilingual inquiry
- 03Institution coordination
- 04Booking & pre-arrival
- 05Visit support
Multilingual communication and medical interpretation
Liaison with Japanese medical institutions and document organization
Pre- and post-travel procedure and schedule confirmation
02 / LINE CONVERSION FLOW
Carry inquiries into guidance and booking through LINE.
Once patient touchpoints exist, we connect friend-add flows, Rich Menu, inquiries, booking, intake, and online-consultation guidance. LINE is not patient acquisition by itself; it is the front door that receives interested people, keeps the next step clear, and hands cases to staff when needed.
Proposals informed by development and operations design across our own services, healthcare workflows, and commerce.
- 01
Booking, intake & MyPage
Connect identity, data entry, booking requests, MyPage, and reminders while keeping final confirmation with staff.
- 02
Online-consultation pathways
Guide users from LINE to booking, intake, and online consultation provided by the medical institution.
- 03
CRM, AI & n8n integration
Record, categorize, and notify on inquiries, then hand the right cases to staff.
LINE PLATFORM
LINE commerceOur dedicated page also covers non-medical LINE uses such as product search, member links, purchase pages, and order or delivery updates.
03 / CLINIC OPERATIONS
When patient handling grows, connect the clinic's internal operations.
MS Platform is not assumed as the first step. Once acquisition and LINE pathways are working and booking, intake, calls, records, and notifications need coordination, we review the appropriate scope for MS Platform and SGH Phone. These systems support clinic operations and make no medical judgments.

Phone & reception flow

IMPLEMENTATION
Build the entry point first, then expand only where needed.
We do not select tools first. We review the target patient group, current information channels, and the institution's ability to receive inquiries, then define the necessary scope in the order of acquisition, LINE, and internal operations DX.
STEP 01
Define the target patients and acquisition gap
Review the care area, target regions and languages, current web or referral sources, and inquiry contact to define the first patient touchpoint needed.
STEP 02
Implement a focused inquiry and booking entry point
Select the necessary entry point from Medical Supporter, multilingual web content, and LINE, then validate it with real guidance and reception conditions.
STEP 03
Expand internal DX as handling volume grows
Add only the necessary MS Platform, AI phone, and CRM scope when booking, calls, intake, records, and notifications require it.
COMPLIANCE
Not a medical judgment — a system that supports on-the-ground operations.
Medical judgment stays with physicians
We do not perform diagnosis, treatment planning, prescribing, or medication selection. Medical judgment is made by physicians and medical institutions.
Guidance on confirmed information only
We support reception, categorization, recordkeeping, and handoff, and provide guidance based on confirmed information.
Limited data and clear responsibility
We limit information to what is necessary and confirm both handling methods and responsibility boundaries before proceeding.
PROCUREMENT SUPPORT
Procurement support: import procedures and research reagents.
We bring together pharmaceutical import-procedure support (KusuriJapan) and a research-use-only (RUO) reagent supply contact point for corporate clients (SGH Bio Lab) as procurement support. We do not guarantee efficacy, safety, customs clearance, or delivery timelines.

KusuriJapan | Pharmaceutical Import Procedure Support
For those who need to confirm import procedures for pharmaceuticals and related medical products.
- Organizing required documents and confirmation items
- Guidance on import-procedure information
- An import-support contact point for medical institutions

SGH Bio Lab
A B2B supply contact point for research-use-only (RUO) reagents for corporate clients.
