Multilingual support for international patients, interpretation, documents, and scheduling are scoped around each institution’s services and readiness. Care is provided by the medical institution; Shingihou does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.

Use Medical Supporter’s online-care entry point to connect patients with enabled institutions. Joining does not automatically activate every function: care menus, patient eligibility, location, clinician readiness, and required systems are confirmed before launch.
