AI FDE — B2B Sales & Implementation

Duties: Lead new B2B sales to medical institutions and SMEs, run discovery, propose AI phone, voice input, LINE, n8n, workflow automation, online-consultation pathways, and accounting systems, define implementation requirements, and hand off to technical staff.
Requirements: Experience or strong motivation in B2B sales, business development, customer success, or IT implementation. Able to structure customer problems and conduct proposals and sales meetings in Japanese. Practical AI, SaaS, or workflow-automation experience is preferred.

Physician

Full-time / Contract

Duties: Counseling (examination) and procedures
Requirements: Medical license; completion of clinical training

Nurse

Full-time / Contract

Duties: Assistance, patient care, and medical procedures under a physician's direction

Medical Coordination Business — Administrative Staff

Duties: Document preparation, translation, and related tasks for the medical coordination business
Requirements: University degree or higher, Japanese proficiency required for the role (approximately JLPT N1), basic PC skills, and a standard driver's license

Conditions

Location: Fukuoka City
Nationality: Open to applicants of all nationalities. Selection is based on role-relevant experience, ability, and language skills. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Japan by the start date.
Working Hours: 9:00–18:00
Holidays: Two days off per week (Sat./Sun.), public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, 10 days of paid leave (granted after six months)
Salary: Per company policy (negotiable, based on age and experience)
Benefits: Commuting allowance (capped); full social insurance (health insurance, employees' pension, workers' compensation, employment insurance)
Probation: 3 months
