Message from the President
Representative Director Lin Chichuan was born in Yilan, Taiwan. He founded Shingihou Co., Ltd. in Fukuoka in 2015, and has worked on international patient support, medical interpretation, pharmaceutical-related compliance procedures, and communication and document organization in medical settings. Building on this experience, he has expanded into AI phone, n8n, automation, clinic DX, and web/SNS flow design.
Carrying an inherited name into today's work.
The name "Shingihou" comes from a rice and grain shop my grandfather ran in Yilan, Taiwan, about 100 years ago. Innovation, integrity, abundance. Even as countries and eras change, we value continuing work that brings real benefit to people and communities.

I founded Shingihou in Fukuoka in July 2015. The name comes from the rice and grain shop my grandfather ran in Yilan, Taiwan, about a hundred years ago. His principles of innovation, integrity, and abundance still guide our work: finding practical ways forward, keeping our commitments, and making a useful contribution to the people we serve.
Through Medical Supporter, we help people overseas communicate with healthcare providers in Japan. Our role includes organizing inquiries and documents, supporting multilingual communication, and coordinating appointments. Diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, and clinical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified physicians and medical institutions; we support the communication and administration around that care.
This operational experience also informs our technology work. With SGH Phone, LINE integrations, and workflow automation, we help healthcare providers and businesses organize telephone reception, booking, and notifications. We start by understanding the staff's workflow and where human review is needed, then develop a suitable approach with them.
Whether we are coordinating international healthcare, supporting business operations, or working in trade, listening comes first. From our base in Fukuoka, we will continue to connect Japan and overseas partners through careful, practical work.
